6:30- wake up
7:00 or 7:30 - have a cup of tea
8:30- a glass of water
9:30- tea
10:00 - cofee (9 calories)
11:00 - water
12:00 - tea
2:00 - water
3:00- cofee (9 calories)
4:00- water
5:00- water
6:00- tea
7:00- water
8:00- tea
So that's it so far. I might make a few minor adjustements (such as adding another cup of cofee if i need to). And if i feel like binging, I'll just look in the mirror and then look at these pictures:
